best Italian in my neighborhood.

Very good food, unusual and very large portions. Service was very friendly, although the restaurant was previously booked out, no stress!

Until recently it was my preferred restaurant - since the owner and the ambience changed - no longer.

Also excellent as a delivery service!

Super delicious food, just perfect, unfortunately I don't come to Frankfurt that often to enjoy it. Hope for a culinary repetition soon, lg Harry

Good sardine, great service

For a long time in the No. 16 and not only disappointed, ... was definitely the last time !!! Service inattentive and only after asking several times a drink is brought. Prices beyond what you get for it, there is no point in full wine glasses with a broth of house wine (rose) which in the glass could not even come close to being positive and that for a relaxed € 6. Also the dishes, ... with spaghetti with mussels for 17 € you can ask for a little more than "normal" durum wheat noodles and bland mussels. Glasses full to the brim and oversized portions might be nice for marketing and distract from the real thing ... the wines and dishes are unfortunately just average. Unfortunately, my favorite island is not represented very well there.

Nice Italian in a friendly atmosphere. High prices (!), Although the portions are also unusually large (for an Italian). The food itself is delicious, but definitely not a highlight.

Food tasty, but not special. Far too expensive for that. Dessert was very good though.

I was very disappointed with the organization and the service. We were 2 people and waited 1 hour for our meal. Then there is 1 dish, but not others, although we have pointed it out several times. As a courtesy, my colleague has waited to eat so that we can start together. After 30 minutes the surprise: We haven't prepared your meal yet. That's fine with a large group, but with 2 people? Should you watch the other person eat? The waitress' solution: We warm up the colleague's meal and you wait 20 minutes until the other dish is ready. Keep the dish warm? Please what? 30 € pasta and then keep warm? Thank you for that! Of course, we didn't go into it. We wanted to get the bill for the starter and just get out of there. A good restaurateur apologizes for the problem and would have taken the starter on the house. In that case we would have entered the restaurant again in the future. But not the lady in No. 16 - first bag coal. What a shame, very, very sad. But we never come back and we often came in larger groups. I hope you will appreciate your customers in the future. Huge portions, friendly staff, but food took longer than expected

Family-run restaurant for over 30 years, courtesy of the staff and generous portions. Recommended

Exceptionally delicious food that is priced rather high, but due to the size of the portions this is put into perspective. The noodle portion for € 14 is easily enough for 2 people. The meat roasted pink and super tender, the monkfish very fresh and absolutely delicious. We would love to come back - 100% recommendation 👍

Great restaurant and very tasty food. Portions are very large but really tasty. The map is way too big for me so that you can hardly decide. You have to see how you simplify it. Wines are very good and the service is great. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

The food was good middle class, but the prices are more upscale. So unfortunately not justified. Friendly and courteous waitresses made the visit a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Modern but cozy ambience. Insanely friendly and courteous service. The glasses are always filled well above the calibration mark. 😉 The food is very good! But: the portions are way too big. You can have the leftovers packed up, but at a time when we have to conserve our resources, it should be better adapted for moral reasons. Still full marks. 😊

Lovely family run restaurant with the finest Italian dishes. Great for bigger groups. Just oder a few dishes for the table to share. The staff is super friendly and will provide you a great evening.

Unique experience: wine glasses full to the brim and authentic Sardinian pasta dishes, which are so generous that you can easily eat two days of them. There is a lot of activity in the restaurant and - admittedly - a volume that should not be underestimated; for us, however, this is more conducive to the experience than disturbing. We always like to go here for special occasions.

Very nice location. The dishes here are very large and meant to be shared. A starter and a main course are enough for two people. The food is very tasty and not surprising if you get the wine, the glass is filled to the top. Reservations can only be made at 6 or 9 p.m., other times are not possible. If you want to go like this, you have to plan long waiting times. But it's worth it. Perhaps it should be noted that it is sometimes quite loud when the place is full.

Huge portions of authentic Sardinian dishes. One main course is enough for 2 and the one for 2 people is enough for 4 to 6 people. The summer seafood starters salad is delicious and massive. Good choice of wines and authentic Italian restaurant

This is a family restaurant, the food is delicious with big portion. 3 plates of pasta were enough for 5 people. They also have a good recommendation of the wine.

Great food, so much per portion that everyone was taking a box home. It's very busy in the evening so book ahead and be prepared to be cosy.

Best Italian....Sardian restaurant in Frankfurt. Honestly insanely amazing. I once went on a Harry Potter Walking tour through London and this is on the same level. If pizza quattro formaggi was a restaurant, this would be it. Make sure to reserve in advance.

The food is amazing and the service is amazing as well. Definitely recommend if you want a cozy ambiance with close friends or family or your significant others, they also offer some of the food items with portions for two people which adds to the experience. The Risotto sea food is a must try.

Excellent food, excellent service. Tiramisu is to die for. Bring an appetite or leave with a doggie bag because very generous portions. Reservations recommended because it gets pretty busy by 7 or so.
